Home is Where the Heart is: Chinese Family Drama
“家”是许多华语电影的主场景。电影里华人的故事很多时候都开始于“家”，完结于“家”。“家”在华语电影中是个怎样的场域？是避风港还是修罗场？“家”的成员是否一定要有血缘关系？无血缘的家，会不会更有“家”的实质意义？且听中港台马四位导演和大家畅谈华语电影里的“家”。
Family drama is a major genre of the Chinese cinema. Many gripping Chinese movies are about families, such as some of the selected films of the Chinese Panorama section. All happy families resemble one another, but each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way. The four guest speakers of this panel talk will tell us more about the “home” depicted in their films.
